On the other hand - the weight of coins in my bag is a great incentive for transferring them out of my change purse and into my change bottle (a piggy shaped bottle that used to hold honey from Jeju/Cheju, South Korea). At then end of the month, I usually have about 900-1000 pesos to deposit in my savings account!

Date: 2008-07-10 01:41 pm (UTC)When I went to HK recently, I hated their bills, all weird sizes, and different colors based on the issuing bank. 8-} Granted, they were nice to look at (and had pretty cool paper used too) but man, the logistics of actually using them. o_o
