Out of gas

We ran out of gasul (liquid gas) for the stove :( Managed to dig out an electric stove from storage, but it's being a prima donna about the kinds of pots it will cook for. Finally got it to work, though!

So how are gas pans different from pans used for electric stoves? I mean... a pan is a pan, right? Or isn't it?
