heh, because you have to have your server set to GMT to make DW code happy or because you feel like it?

If you want the time to be correct you can run irssi with "TZ=Asia/Manila irssi" and for now you can do:
/script exec $ENV{TZ}="Asia/Manila"
/redraw

More because I felt like it. It makes it much easier to remember what time it is for various people, if I can start from (basically) 0 -- and I have too many people in too many places to want to list all the appropriate times in my status bar!
