I feel mildly disoriented -- my time sense is definitely screwed up. I thought it was past midnight (around two am, maybe), so I got up, took a bath, and brushed my teeth.

Just as I exited the bathroom, my brother poked his head into my room and told me it was dinner time. Hello, seven thirty pm! No wonder I felt hungry (as if I hadn't had dinner tonight).

It happens. Eventually the body learns through its mistakes that it keeps waking up at the wrong time. I think one way to cope is to mentally picture the right time to sleep all the time and wake up... sometimes you have to seriously twist what your brain thinks and keep reminding yourself to sleep at a regular time and wake at a regular time.

I once got called for dinner. I thought it was morning! I said, i won't be eating my breakfast, di rin ako sasabay (sa carpool namin).. hehe.

The funny thing is that I'm actually closer to the sleeping patterns of a "normal" person now. Going to bed before midnight and all that XDD
