Ahhh okay so a while back one of you posted a review of a comedy about outsourcing, and that review compared Outsourced and one other series. I have Outsourced on my hard drive right now, and I'm trying to decide whether I should watch it. The problem is I can't remember which of the two series actually worked, and which one failed really badly.

Given the potential for fail, I'd rather skip it entirely if it's painfully bad from the outset, you know? I can get my rage quotient elsewhere!

So uh, do any of you remember ever posting about Outsourced? OR even if you didn't, do any of you know whether I should watch it or whether I should avoid it?

From network: I have heard VERY VERY BAD THINGS about Outsourced.

I'm 99.9% sure Outsourced is the failtastic series.

If I recall correctly one series was from the US and the other from the UK, the US series was a complete failboat, and the UK one (Mumbai Calling?) was mainly criticised for being not funny enough rather than made of fail, I think.

Here via network. Mumbai Calling (made in the UK, with Sanjeev Bhaskar in the lead, iirc) is the good one. Outsourced is a fail singularity.

My review of Outsourced, includes links to other reviews as well. (Mine and these only take into account the first few episodes, but I've heard it only got worse.)

My review of Mumbai Calling.

Mumbai Calling is not unproblematic, but it is so, so, SO much better than Outsourced.

Outsourced - the US one is cringetastic. Even if it were less full of fail, it relies almost entirely on embarrassment humor and squicks me horribly.

I didn't realize there were any others.
