Kinda! By the time I was born, my mom had stopped programming, so I only found out about it after I'd grown up. It didn't influence my choice of career directly, but possibly the fact that she'd worked with mainframes before meant that she was more open to microcomputers (!!) when they came out in the market, because I know we had a computer pretty early on *G*

HEEEEE. I found my mom's punchcards (unused) when I was a kid, but didn't realize that's what they were until much later *G*
