Just finished reading the third book. I wish that the Abhorsen trilogy had a fourth.

Well, there's
Across the Wall
, which has an Old Kingdom novella (Nick-based) and non-related short stories, and later this year/next year there will be
Clariel
.
Then there's always The Keys to the Kingdom series!

Ooh, I hadn't heard about Clariel! Hooray, more good books coming out the second half of the year. :)
I haven't read the Keys to the Kingdom series - is it a separate universe, or is it tied into the Abhorsenverse?

It's separate, but I think it is also super cool!
Though the last book made me cry. :(

There's
Shade's children
as well, which is really dark science fiction.

I am a pretty bad Nix fan and have not read his other stuff, even though I made sure my SF club bought it!

I do love that series. There's a collection called "beyond the wall" which I haven't read yet but is on my shelf.

but if it did have a fourth, it would no longer be a trilogy, would it? :P

In the best tradition of many SF&F authors, it would indeed be a trilogy of four... or five, or six. :-)

I'm not much of a fic person, but I do enjoy Yuletide for the YA-based fic that gets written.
The Well of Disquiet by SeaBunny
is my favorite.
This
is a list of all the Old Kingdom - Nix fic that has been bookmarked at AO3.
