Silly, it's for pregnant ladies to keep their placentas clean. Dirty placentas lead to dirty minds, of course, and you wouldn't want that, would you?

Yeah...

(I hope so too, but you know the lengths people will go for beauty - which explains alot >_<. But the nutrients thing is really true. Right now, they use placentas for stem cell and research. OMG IT'S TRUE!!! A local actress did that!!!)

I rather suffer the pain of botox =_= Or daily regimens of applying creams and stuff for 3 hours like the japanese do (I know! They probably spend half their time doing that).

Yes, I know people who have made drinks out of their child's placenta's - it is supposed to help re-nourish the mother. We went for planting it under a newly planted tree instead - and the tree is very happy!

Planting it under a tree sounds like a great idea! Drinking it to re-nourish the mother also smart. As a beauty product, which someone else brought up, absolutely disgusting! (Though I am pretty sure the soap above refers to the plant)
