Typhoon whatsisname

Woke up to typhoon signal number 3 which hit manila early this
morning. No electricity. Checking mail via phone, but data plan rates
are too expensive for me to try other things, like irc. My dad's
plants have mostly been knocked over or are leaning at crazy angles.
The ones that are under the pouring rain are in water inch deep at
this point. Am at no risk from floods/wind, etc, as long as i don't go
out of the house. This is more than i can say for many people. Only
thing i am at risk for now is boredom :)

Nothing to worry about! It was pretty normal, as storms go, except for the lack of electricity/internet for a few hours. But things are good here, and everyone I know is safe :)
