My hobby: annoying people over IRC with "I wish I knew more!!!"

I'm trying to learn as much as I can, but always the thing I'm looking at now I wish I'd found out (or figured out) yesterday, so I could already be working on the thing I meant to look at tomorrow today. I am right now in data-absorption mode (apologies: the first thing that goes when I'm like this are my communication skills.)

It's crazy how much more there always is to find out. (I'm just so scatterwitted these days.)

Ain't that the truth! Just when you think you've got something down pat, the universe throws something new (and difficult, and complicated) your way.

What's equally amazing is how we manage to keep in what we already know (granted, not as much as the world has to offer, but still a substantial amount nonetheless). We don't exactly receive brain upgrades as we go through life, y'know. =P

The more we use our brains, the denser the network of connections, and the better we get ;-) So not so much an upgrade, but making best use of what we have.
