Filter support requests by [tag]

aveleh, damn you for putting the idea in my head. Was bored in the car while running errands, so I ended up working on the script you asked me to do. I think this does what you wanted (possibly with a few additions).

Right now, you can hide all requests with a certain tag or view only those requests with a certain tag, and you can choose whether your filter is applied persistently (on a new pageload) or will go away once you close the tab.

User interface is rough, but I think it's self-explanatory, though I'd welcome suggestions to improve it. Can't handle filters like "entries|styles", and can't handle both an inclusive filter and an exclusive filter at the same time, but it should be enough for normal boardwork.

Tell me if I got your demands request wrong? ;-)

Two things...

Firstly, you forgot a link to the script. :) (Unless that was intentional?)

Also, why not just sort the board by subject? That's what Abe does in Issues if he wants to take a look at all the reqs of a certain tag. :D

Forgot the link, but it should be there now.

And the point is to be able to ignore requests with certain tags (such as [ru]), while still keeping it in the normal order so we can choose to work on older requests first/newer requests first/middle requests first/wherever we want ;p

Yup. I wanted to see the board *exactly* how I normally see it, except not to have to keep on seeing the [ru] requests that I'm not at all equipped to answer. It's disheartening; everything else I have a chance at if I just spend enough time with it. Russian - a little bit more time than that :D

Ooh, this works so great for public support that I have ideas about how to use it in Abuse Prevention too. But the requests over there are tagged differently. We use parentheses rather than square brackets. Do you think you could add an extra button that would say "filter by (tag)"? It would be so much <3
