Damnit, it's 3am, and I'm still awake because I'm trying to get my thoughts in order. I want to go to sleep so badly, that the anxiety over not being able to sleep is actually keeping me awake (though not necessarily alert or coherent).

This is getting frustrating :P

I hate that breed of insomnia. It usually happens to me when I have to do something really important the next day and am worried that I'll oversleep, or that I'll be unprepared.

*wry grin* The worst part is that it makes it impossible for you to do your best when you need it the most.

I used to have that problem during the first day of school, and every time there was a big exam or project deadline. It sucks that apparently it carries over to other things as well.
