Date: 2007-07-12 01:53 pm (UTC)I think it might actually be a bit faster to take the elevator in this case, but it's a lot of standing around and doing nothing, whereas it takes just five minutes to run down all the stairs. And it feels great afterwards.
I did it again today. I think I might try to make it a habit.
(Note that I've said nothing about running up the stairs though ;))
