No work today. Meant to do stuff, but I got sucked into TV Tropes. It is 11:30PM and I just now managed to close the last related tab in my browser (and I kinda regret wasting the whole day, since I don't have very many days to waste) *rueful*
Ah well, I'm in no rush to finish anything, I think, except for a couple of emails I need to send and comments to reply to. But I think I'm at my limits for computer time tonight, heh heh heh.
Oh TV Tropes, you are evil.
(And I am weak against temptation!)

Date: 2009-09-01 04:23 pm (UTC)TV Tropes is a pretty good time-waster, but the gain will pay dividends later on, if only just to be Genre Savvy (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main.GenreSavvy), hopefully in real life, and in love, and in how not to be Lawful Stupid (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/LawfulStupid) when you want to live a life that is Lawful Good (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/LawfulGood).
I like the concept of being able to spot a lie a mile away, even if it is just in the movies (or on TV, as it were).
