I was up coding until 6:30am so my vision is kinda blurry, and all I could see when I read this through the first three times was that you keep a yam under the bed. A yam! I was like, a pet yam? Is that a thing the kids are doing these days? And I was trying to picture you nesting under your bed with a yam, maybe clutching it to your chest like a teddy bear, but more... root vegetably. It was pretty weird.
