09:48:00	—	Frustrated. Staff at the German embassy are rude and condescending. Every step in this process is like pulling teeth, and not the fun kind.
12:53:23	—	amendment to earlier tweet. Person at counter 1 is rude to everybody. All other staff were polite and informative.
