Abby, I'm making this for you (though anyone else can join in if they want). Post new script suggestions, ideas for improving current scripts, and bug reports here. Take a look at my current Greasemonkey scripts my current Greasemonkey scripts, and see if you think of anything!

(Poor man's tracker, ahaha)

I SWEAR you already have one of these somewhere. I just have to find it.

Yes, poor tracker.

This comment says something about editing your tracker GM script so that I can tell that it's working.

implementation suggestion: make it a second drop down. It's not like you SHs don't already have enough boxes to deal with.

I think you already have this commented somewhere, but make it so that your tracker script works instead of using the built-in script that doesn't give me the options I want.

Eventually, make the script work similarly to the pop up one, but with a different selection of options for those of us who tend to use the inbox/IMs instead of email for most entry tracking.

Make GM track script work with LJ AJAX script

Yes. I RTed it once with the correct terms, don't expect you to get them too.

Ajax thing = awesome but limited and does not meet my needs.

GM script = awesomer but Fu should slave away at being even better.

That's interesting. I guess this would move the relevant FAQ categories to the top (all the styles FAQs for instance if you're viewing a request in Styles). I also think that every category needs to have Troubleshooting FAQ cat in there close to the top too. But I don't know if I'd want to remove any FAQs (except perhaps the Abuse ones, which with exception of 105 never should be used in public support anyway), because a lot of times users ask cross-category questions...

Ditto paid account FAQ being near the top; it's another good one that gets tagged on at the end of other information (especially in styles, syn, and mobile)

Yeah, I was sort of concerned about re-learning where stuff is, but overall I think it would be more useful to actually rearrange stuff more logically depending on the category. Less clicking about, and I'm sure I'll get used to it. I've gotten so used to some of the scripts, that I'm confused when I do support not on my laptop but from a school computer for instance ;)

(00:07:09) fu|work: ack, can you also add in uh. For the synedit script: api for admin console and etc

I'd add in some actual etcs, but I haven't figured out how to make the script and my habits mesh, so it's not currently activated and I have no personal suggestions.

um, please tell me that you can recover chat histories? I know it looks like I'm still there, but kapote's hung and I'm just going to go to bed. Sorry!

Short story: I dislike access keys for various reasons, most of which I don't even remember. The best option for me are text-based non-duplicated links. Then I can do a search within the links and select my option that way.

(At work, there are certain admin pages of their existing CMS that I use regularly. The submit button is an image, which means I'd have to use my mouse. Thankfully, it's the same javascript submit command across 14 different subsections, which means I just programmed a keyword shortcut and use that.)

BED. Seriously, bed. Sorry. <3

Instead (or in addition), you may try to change categories to optgroups instead of options. (No idea whether GreaseMonkey lets you do so easily, but...)

filter by tag bug?

I haven't been paying enough attention, but I think that since I've installed the filter by tag script, sometimes the Request Status Tracker gets stuck.

(As if I haven't loaded the replied page a couple dozen times since then.)

Using: http://www.livejournal.com/support/help.bml?sort=date&state=youreplied&cat=
Filter: ru

This is mostly a note for me so that I can comment if/when it happens again.

Hmm. Actually, it's probably related to Session Saver, now that I think about it?

On the nav bar where one can choose to add a user as a friend, also have a link where one could choose to track that user's new posts instead.
