Saw a notice at the bottom of a search that some of the results had been filtered out, along with a link to ChillingEffects.org . I don't remember the exact wording, though.

I looked over http://www.google.com/dmca.html, but it is focused on what to do if you're personally affected, rather than what to do if you're just searching.
