Do you know the difference between Thailand, Japanese, and normal rice? *curious*

I have in my pantry a bag of what claims to be Thai rice. I like it, although I have no idea whether there's any truth to that claim. (It's long-grained white rice, if that means anything.) I don't remember what Japanese rice tastes like, and I have no idea what you consider normal rice. Does that answer your question?
