afunaMy limbs feel weak and my stomach, back and head ache. I know I need to eat something, but the sandwich I just ate is a heavy lump in my stomach, and the thought of eating more nauseates me.
If I'm lucky, this is just a case of me sleeping through breakfast and making myself so hungry that it's temporarily messed up my digestive system. If I eat a bit more, slowly and carefully, I should be all right by later. If I'm not lucky, then I'm really sick. Ugh.
