Hmm. I think my definition of scrambled eggs versus omelette is different from yours. I've always been under the impression that:

egg all beat up + any liquid ingredients == scrambled
egg all beat up + any solid ingredients == omelette

And yet, it sounds like what I think is omelette is just scrambled eggs *G*
