Thanks for the link to the Amazon apology. Very real. I like that. Wouldn't it be great if more people, let alone CEO's could be like that - wouldn't it be great if I could be more like that?

I know! Man, when the internet is down, I feel so grumpy, and when it's up, I feel so lighthearted and good... I suspect this is a sign of addiction.
And yes; I find it hard to not be defensive. Taking a deep breath and realizing that the other person is right often helps.... often, but not always!
