Two to Twitter

[afuna]

I recently created a second Twitter account, afuna_wired. afuna is still my main one, though.

The big difference between the two is that afuna is how I sound when I'm talking to other people. afuna_wired is how I sound when I'm talking to myself (and not holding back because I'm worried about spamming people or boring them by talking about things that interest only me).

afuna_wired is much more spammy (30+ compared to <5 for afuna), for obvious reasons ;-)

What exactly is Twitter? Is it a blog service like LJ or blogger? ?_?

Kind of, but not really. It's designed for short updates (140 char or less) that answer the question "what are you doing right now".

Ah...I see. Thanks for the information. Now I'm reminded of the time when I spammed my Pitas account with short updates. (Still much longer than 140 char I think?)

I think the stuff on afuna_wired is really quite random and diverse. Maybe that's the reason? I just browsed through it. Well, there are stuff like sea urchin on rice and erm, programming code? XD;;
