Forgetting and not forgetting and getting things done

Oh man! I am sometimes this forgetful, but I am not usually this forgetful all at once. Today I:

* forgot my cellphone at home (bad timing! I was expecting a call today)
* forgot my jacket at home (it is a coooold / windy day, and I have the sniffles, so I really wanted that jacket)
* forgot my umbrella at home (it is also an overcast / rainy day!)

However, I:

* did remember my wallet
* did remember to bring my boxing gloves
* did remember to bring my knitting
* finished preparing everything I need to apply for my first credit card
* have withdrawn a lot of money to console myself
* bought another cup of peppermint mocha

So it is not utterly hopeless :)
