Um, never tell me that you thought chicken was scary all these years? *blink* Or are you referring to the cooking of same?

And are those arugula leaves in picture? That would make a good contrast to the chicken, which looks like it has a light glaze of sorts.

Cooking it yes! I know it presents complications in that it can overcook easily, but that you can't undercook it G

They are spinach but they were also quite nice :D
