Yes, seat warmers and bum showers! But not the flushing noises, no (I think I saw some in the airport when I was in Korea, but not much use for them in a hotel).

There are generally lots of mirrors along the wall opposite the sink, but have yet to actually be in one with a vanity area. I need to explore more :DDD
